  • Defective Products
    Initial defects that occur within 3 days from the date of arrival of the product will be replaced or repaired.
  • Sales quantity
    As shown on the product stock list.
  • Delivery time
    If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
    In case of delay due to bad weather, delivery company’s circumstances, or any other reasons, we will notify you by e-mail.
  • Payment Method
    Bank transfer, credit card payment, PayPal payment.
  • Payment deadline
    • In case of bank transfer, please transfer the amount to the designated account within 5 business days from the date of order.
    • In case of credit card payment, please pay by e-mail link within 3 business days from the date of order.
    • In case of PayPal payment, please make the payment within 10 days from the order date.
  • Return shipping charges
    In case of initial defects or incorrectly shipped items, we will return the product to you by cash on delivery.
