The mockup of our new character “TEN-chan” which has been under development for some time, is now complete.
We know that there are still many things we have not done yet, but we would like to make an announcement.
AnthroMate new doll “TEN-chan”

In early September, we will order fabrics and other materials and improve the prototype.
Production of the pieces to be sent out will begin in late September.
Delivery time is currently one piece per week. Once we get used to production, it will be less than 2 pieces.

TEN-chan Feature Description
Breast and buttocks are shape memory.
Despite being so large and soft that they can be buried, they firmly retain their original shape.

The overall main material is high-density 20mm rabbit fur with an extremely flexible hand.
This fabric is mainly used for high-end winter clothing such as women’s scarves. There is almost no shedding and no tangling. Please enjoy its fluffy and warm touch.
Compared to normal fur fabrics, this material is too soft and the density of the fur is too high, making it extremely difficult to match the surface of the fabric by machine sewing. Therefore, many parts of the production process of Tenchan are done by hand/hand sewing.

The front and back openings are covered with fur, so it is difficult to tell at first glance that this is a toy.
Includes an internal skeleton that allows you to create your favorite poses.
A non-metallic internal skeleton is included for safety. This allows for a variety of poses that are not possible with full-size dolls made entirely of silicone.

TEN-chan’s greatest feature
In addition to the actual play function, Tenchan can also be enjoyed as a partial “Fur suit”
The hands, head, attached tail, and bust can be removed from the body for actual wearing. The feet and toes will come with kemo-feet that can be worn for general purposes.
Not only can you enjoy the experience of becoming the character yourself. And you can also use the hands, feet, and tail to participate in events as a general-purpose half fur suit.
The doll can also be partially cleaned, which is difficult to do with regular large dolls.

Planned Improvements for Release
Using the mock-up as a starting point, the following improvements will be made in the production version.
*The head will be made larger and more symmetrical.
*Make the face hair clipping more uniform.
*The paws and ears will be replaced with long fur that is similar in color and texture to the original.
*Eye parts with a stuffed structure.
*Add hand and foot nails: 8 left and right hands, 6 left and right feet, and 6 left and right feet for the wearer, for a total of 20.
*Mouth design if possible
*Improve the body frame.
*Make the sole a little thicker and change the paw pads to a boa fabric.
*Add a separate wearable sole.
*Breast shape and balance
*Add a detachable tail attachment structure.
*Overall strength to withstand practical use and wear for a long period of time.
